Alberto is an international expert in talent management, leadership development and human resources strategy and process. Over the last 20 years, he has held leadership roles helping organizations successfully navigate change and development. With a background in international management consultancy, he excels in helping international organizations design and deliver talent development initiatives to align with global strategies and corporate culture. Andrea’s professional experience comes from leadership roles in multilateral non-profit organizations. She has a strong background in corporate affairs, organizational development, process improvement and public relations. Andrea in our adviser based in Washington D.C., she supports our work in the United States and Latin America. Andrea is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
Sharon Hunter – Canada
Sharon is a marketing communication consultant with more than 20 years of experience and has worked internationally with a focus on B2B services and training. She has held leadership positions in international organizations, including as Global Chair of IABC. Sharon is fluent in English and French.
Zora Artis – Australia
Zora has almost three decades of experience in both client and agency side, working with government, private and non-profit sectors in business strategy, marketing, communications, brand and digital. Her strengths lie in her ability to uncover insight, identify opportunities where others see problems, and connect the dots to deliver tangible value.

Michael chairs our Advisory Board. He is an adviser to Chairs, Chief Executives, and senior leaders on strategy, change and turnarounds.
